Partner Workload & Contribution Tracker

Measure each partner's on-the-ball work (surgeries, triage, home visits, patients) and their off-the-ball work (clinical-lead role, GP training/supervision, meetings, admin/bloods/tasks) — pro-rata across different session counts — so the invisible load is seen and the split is fair. It also flags the low-value, automatable time worth reclaiming. Edit the example partners or add your own; everything recalculates live.

A "session" = a morning or afternoon clinic/triage block. Pro-rata is handled by entering each partner's actual sessions; off-ball hours (and home-visit travel time) are added on top. Numbers shown are illustrative examples — replace with the practice's real figures.

No one has to track their own time. Populate these fields from your clinical-system activity report (EMIS/SystmOne appointments-by-session-holder + workflow/tasks + GPAD/Ardens) — partners log nothing and learn no new system. Use it as a transparent, mutually-agreed job-planning review where everyone sees everyone's figures — never as covert monitoring (that's an IG and partnership-trust breach). The off-ball columns (supervision, leadership, the interruption load) come from a one-off agreed estimate, because the clinical system can't see that work — and will under-count the hardest off-ball workers if used alone. How profit is split stays a partnership decision. Figures are illustrative until real data is entered.
